Who we are

PRISM is a creative growth studio at Stadhouderskade 5, 1054 ES Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered as Prism Agency (KVK 98629743, BTW NL005342005B78). Prism Agency is responsible for the personal data described on this page. Questions can be sent to hello@prismagency.nl.

What this website collects

This website has no accounts, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies. We only receive personal data directly when you email us. That is usually your name, email address and whatever you include in your message.

The form on the contact page sends your message to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form delivery service. We use it only to reply to you. This website does not store the message itself. If you tick the box for updates, we may occasionally email you insights from PRISM; reply to any of those emails to unsubscribe.

Technical data

Your browser connects to the services below to show this website. They can process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit.

• Railway hosts the website.
• Google Fonts delivers the typefaces.
• jsDelivr delivers the code libraries used for animation and the map.
• OpenStreetMap delivers the map images on the contact page.

The website also keeps a small note in your browser's session storage, so the full opening animation is not repeated during your visit. It stays on your device and is not used to identify you.

The map on the contact page loads from OpenStreetMap and this website sets no cookies for it. Google Maps only opens if you follow the link next to it.

Why we use your data

We use email data to answer you, discuss a possible project and keep our business records. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or a legal obligation. Technical data is processed under our legitimate interest in delivering a secure, working website.

Who receives it

We do not sell personal data. Email is handled by our email provider, Zoho. Some providers named here may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where the law requires it, those transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep emails for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work. Records we must keep for tax purposes are generally kept for seven years under Dutch law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, and you can ask us to restrict or stop certain processing. Email hello@prismagency.nl to do this. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

We will update this page when the website or the way we handle data changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
